Back Office Training.

Here are tips on some of the most frequently asked questions.

Take some time in your back office to familiarize yourself with the information and tools there which can help build your business.

Your wallet is managed by a separate banking site. To access your wallet funds you will need the Member Login which is your customer number and can be found on any invoice from your order history. To get started you will also need the password that Pruvit Ventures would have emailed you. If you cannot locate this just enter your Member number and click "forgot password" this will automatically email a password reset to the email address associated with your account.

Accessing Your Wallet.

1) Login to your Back Office and click on your Wallet 

2) If this is you first time accessing your wallet you will see a screen like this to complete.

3) Once you complete and submit the information above click on Transfer.

Your Pruvit Bucks can be used to pay for 100% of the cost for Keto//OS Orange Dream/Chocolate Swirl and Keto Kreme and for up to 50% of Max Maui Punch. Pruvit Bucks can be used for single box orders and will not cover shipping charges and cannot be used during a sale period.

Pruvit Bucks can also be used as a coupon towards an order. For example you may want to give a customer a $20 off coupon.

Login and click on the Home tab then scroll down on the left and click on your Wallet then click View on Points Wallet. Then on the left side click Create Coupons and you should see the following:

Using Your Pruvit Bucks!

Enter the dollar amount you want for the coupon and click Create. If your coupon is for more than you need you can reuse what is left on it at another time. You can also recycle coupons and the money will go back into your points wallet. Once you click Create you will see a coupon created and it will start with PB- you will need to enter the coupon exactly as presented including the PB- at the checkout in the field that says Coupon.

Getting Organized.

Here are some tips on how to use your back office to track your community as it grows, look at who is on Smartship, flag whose GoPro and GoMVP are close, etc.

Your Community Orders.

4) Once you click Transfer you will see a field to enter the amount of money you want to transfer and withdraw.Fill the amount in and click Transfer then click the green bar/button that says Open Website.

5) Enter your Member Number and Password as described in the introduction above.

6) If this is your first time accessing your wallet you will be prompted to answer a series of security questions and to create a 4 digit PIN. Follow these prompts. If you are returning for the second or subsequent time go to point number 7. 

7) You will see this screen with the current balance you have transferred to your e-wallet. Click on Withdraw Funds

8) Scroll down until you see Request Check and click on that to have a USD check issued. You can request direct deposit or wire however the associated processing fees are usually much higher. It is $3.95 to request a check and you can request them as often as you wish up to a maximum of $5,000 per day. 

9) Choose the mail delivery method.

10) Agree to authorize the transaction, enter the 4 digit PIN you created and click Continue.  

11) Click Transfer Now and you will see an image of the check that will be issued. Then click Logout
